I was there back in 2017 for a knee replacement physical therapy for 3 weeks and yes any floors above the first floor smells like pee and poop, when I first got there they had soiled sheets on my bed but I wasn’t having it and told them to change them and they did,and from that day on I had to remind them not to bring me any smelly sheets ,also some of the staff is lazy and the food is terrible ,I would called down to the cafeteria to make a special order for my food!!!
Not enough experience visiting yet. So far I don't see it as best place for my brother to be. Mainly because his room is too isolated for him to feel comfortable and I think his emotional well being is most important right now.
This place only gets 1 star because I can't give it negatives. I'm not familiar with many facilities like this but I imagine it CANNOT get worse than this place! If you have a loved one DO NOT place them here. When you walk in the lobby area looks nice and maybe even the 1st floor looks presentable from the lobby but the place is a MESS! The rest of the building smells like a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned EVER! When asked about the smell we were told "oh you know our patients…" NO! That is inexcusable.
