We had a small issue with our son’s routine cleaning. The dentist/owner of the practice called us immediately to discuss and resolved the issue. He clearly cares about his patients and the families in the area. The new office is really nice too.
My teenage son had a cleaning today. Went fine, but they sold him a fluoride treatment that wasn’t covered by our insurance..so we had to cover the $75 fee. They seem to “sell” treatments often, which are outside what they can see in our charts and what they know aren’t covered. Kind of lousy to pull this on a teenage kid. If you can avoid being upsold and stick to the basics this place is fine.

We had a great experience! We had a consultation with Dr. Justin regarding our 6 month old’s tongue tie and were able to get the procedure done the same day. Dr. Justin and his team were very kind and informative, and they were great with my son. Glad to have a great practice nearby!
