I’ve been coming to this dog park for a decade, it’s nice and usually the process for getting the pass is easy. This year, I updated my pass for my dogs as per usual and when I made a trip to the park about a week later the pass didn’t work. I stopped in the office and notified them, they said they can’t issue a new badge and that it shows valid in the system, I took a video of the badge not working. So I’m SOL.
