Waited months for baffles and other parts, the office woman strung me along for months. Upon another follow up (4th) was told "not covered". End of story its now getting cold and instead of being ahead I am behind. Glen also has a poor attitude and should take a customer service course, or retire.

We had a furnace installed about 7 years ago service then was great. 3 weeks ago we called to have them order a part for our furnace as it wasn't working. Knew the issue as we had replaced the part before. We have been without heat for 3 weeks, multiple calls to them have gone unanswered. I guess they went on vacation but part might be in store room. So someone who answered phone told us, but again no call back. We gave up called another company had part in 1 day. They will install it as well. Same week. Guess who we will us... read more
