I have been seeing the wonderful Dr Knight and went in for my gastroscopy and colonoscopy today. The entire staff from the admin ladies to the nurses to the anaesthetist were all so wonderful and kind. I felt so relaxed and even though I was nervous going in, every single person made me as comfy as possible. I’m so grateful to have been recommended to Dr Knight and her awesome team. Thank you all so much! Evert single one of you are brilliant :)
To me there is something rotten at this joint… I am a paying patient and for starters they have an advertised email address which I used, but after no reply i called and I was told “we dont have any email service”. I had one question to ask a the specialist about my results - urgently - which was ignored and no call from the dr. And yes from the other reviews i agree there is something NQR with the office manager, in my opinion all the staff run scared of her and it was uncomfortable to witness. Fantastic experience, friendly staff, smooth admission and process.
A horrible experience. The head admin unsure what her title is, made this a disgusting experience. I’ve personally never experienced such rudeness and sarcasm. She was incredibly inappropriate especially working in health. Unsure how she is still working there. It’s a shame.
Although the medical staff were very good, I will never go to this place again because the Head Administrator was rude, condescending and manipulative to me, as well as overbearing to her own staff which made their job impossible. One of the worst experiences I've had.
