These guys went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal on some new headlight bulbs and a better battery for my car than factory. What can you expect from a modern (or any) Alfa? Regardless of my poor automotive choices, Matt (owner, I think, young fulla) made sure that at least the basics would be covered, and wished me well. Shows that there still ARE a couple of good, independently owned shops out there, even if they're all the way in Glen Eden ;)
I called in advance and was told it was fine to come in for a headlight replacement. I’m editing this review because I wasn’t informed about any waiting time or whether my car would actually be attended to. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me—no eye contact or basic greeting. After approaching the reception, I was told someone would look at my car, but I waited over 15 minutes with no update, no service, and no communication.
