Last month, I brought my Toyota Vitz in because the headlights weren’t working and it was failing its WOF. A young mechanic sorted it out quickly—only about 25 minutes—and explained that I might need a new switch in the future, along with the potential costs. Super helpful and transparent. While I waited, I was kept company by their charming dog, who insisted I play fetch with his toy. It made the whole experience unexpectedly enjoyable. Great service, great atmosphere—highly recommend!
Our AC was intermittently working so they replaced the compressor. That didn't fix the issue, dropped off our car at least five different times over multiple months. Lack of communication from employees, our car was just sitting for days which is a huge inconvenience when you have two little kids. They ended up saying it needed to go to a specialist and we didn't want to dump more money/time dealing with them. Our heater was working fine before this but now it is also not working. Would not recommend this place
