Amazing experience! I brought my two children (ages 2 and 3) for their very first dental visit, and I was a little nervous expecting it to be overwhelming. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was amazing—so kind, welcoming, and patient—which immediately put us at ease. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful, engaging with my kids and helping to calm their fears. We had such a great experience with Dr. Virtue for our daughter’s first cleaning! She is 21 months old and did great! Dr Virtue answered all of our questions and the staff was so friendly and were there to help entertain when necessary! Can’t say enough good things!
Surprised to see so many positive reviews. I will say the dentist was nice and thorough with the kids but the front desk staff is impossible to deal with. My daughter had a follow-up appointment scheduled for an X-Ray. I called on the day of the appointment to see if we could arrive early, they had NO appointment at all on their books, even though I watched them schedule it a month or two prior.
