A power outage damaged the electronics that operate the heater on my Dimplex Ignite XLF74. Dimplex customer service went above and beyond to honor the warranty. It took multiple service visits and replacement parts to resolve the issues but Dimplex never hesitated to honor the warranty. Dimplex customer service advisors reached out to me after each service call to assure me that they were aware of the repair status.
