When my Cadet wall heater quit after 3 1/2 years I figured I was out of luck. I had no receipts other than the charge on my credit card statement from Oct of 1922. I contacted Glen Dimplex thru a# from Home Depot. They were wonderful, told me not to worry they stand behind their products & anew heater is on it's way. I think they are an exemplary company. I would recommend them to anyone & wish there were more companies like them in America.
