Melody was very helpful. Walked me through setting and installing the app as well as connecting the fireplace to WiFi and downloading the latest firmware version. This is our second Dimplex fireplace and have totally been very happy with both. Excellent customer service and support.
I bought a very nice Cadet 240/208v hydronic wall heater from depot. It was late 2022 or early 2023. It started leaking oil in 12/2025. Home depot told me it was out of warranty and it's $252 to replace at only 2-3 years old. I searched for Cadet and found their website. I got in the cue for a call back and got an awesome rep who was knowledgeable and is sending me a replacement under warranty.
