Stay away drive shaft fell out 2 days after pickup cost me another $4850 at the ford place to fix what they messed up new transmission and drive shaft stay away or you will be sorry never again I will b filing suit here soon

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!!!I dropped my vehicle off on 5/19/20 to get my transmission fixed. I have been calling everyday to see when it will be ready and I keep getting the run around. I went as far as to go by and the owner had literally taken my car apart. Today, (6/20/20) the owner calls and says the sensor is out. When i dropped my vehicle off my sensor was working fine. This is pathetic!!!! I will never do business here again

Glen Daniels is the BEST!!! He repaired my 2005 Honda Pilot. His staff is very professional. They put my mind at ease. They towed my car to their shop and called me once they arrived.I called all of the transmission shops in Pulaski County and Glen Daniels provided the best price and service. I referred him to the Honda Dealership in Little Rock, AR.

To be short, they are very kind, personable, and cheap, but not very timely. They gave me an overnight deadline and I picked up the next day however it was still not fixed and I returned it a week later. They were true to their word about the warranty and did not charge me the second time, but it took an extra week and now, two months later I'm encountering the same issue. This may be a problem inherent in my vehicle, but for sure it's not fully fixed.
