My husband and I had our compounded medication filled by a specialty pharmacy and FedEx delivery was sent to GlenCade for us to pick up with signature . You need to press a button and wait for someone to buzz you in. The store is dark and dingy. Staff were rude and incompetent on two occasions when I came in and asked for help getting my package. The last time I came in to get my package, the man behind the counter said they would no longer be accepting medication from a different pharmacy ( they had a note taped to my box).... read more
