Absolutely horrible. If your primary refers you here, find somewhere else. All but two of the Receptionists are rude and miserable people. The only real help I have had here in going on two years is thr lady that will call and check on my supplies. I was supposed to have a follow up set for four months after my original appointment. Staff was friendly but I can't get in touch with anyone. Did a home study 4 - 5 months ago and haven't heard from them.
They never answer the phones, been trying for over a week now and still nothing I’ve left messages and everything, and I need to get in touch with them about a medication and still nothing… this is ridiculous
This place is awful. They never answer the phone. They were late for my appointment. They don’t return voicemails or their voicemail box is full. Has to be the worst run medical office I’ve encountered.
