I had a wonderful experience at Glen Burnie Oral Surgery when my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. As a Spanish speaker, I really appreciated how welcoming and thoughtful the staff was. Rafiella, one of the assistants, was absolutely amazing. She translated everything clearly and patiently, made sure I felt comfortable, and even put on a Spanish TV show for my daughter in the operating room to help her relax while waiting for the surgery. I had a terrible experience with this surgeon unfortunately. The office staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, however once I got to the back for my wisdom teeth surgery it went downhill from there. I was nervous as this was my first surgery, and instead of answering my questions the surgeon was very dismissive, to the point where I didn't know when I was going to be knocked out - I just woke up in a world of pain.
