Our experience with Lightbridge has been nothing short of wonderful, and our daughter is thriving in their preschool program. The teachers and staff have consistently been kind, attentive, communicative, and invested in her development and well-being. Mandy in particular has been great to work with. This is a greedy company. They will charge for stupid things and don't even put the money towards the children. The owner Mandy is beyond fake - she will act one way to get you to sign up and then once you do, she changes completely and starts ignoring customer needs. You can literally see the money signs in her eyes - look thru the other reviews if you want to see what i mean. The problem is Mandy. We have had such a wonderful experience with Lightbridge Academy Glen Allen! From the beginning, we have felt incredibly welcomed and supported. The owners, Mandy and her husband, have been so kind and responsive about making our transition seamless. The teachers have been great and very clear communicators, who have made me feel comfortable.
