The worst, most abusive interaction we have ever dealt with. It was so bad, I was issued a refund on my Visa card after submitting photos of how they smeared my floors and mirrors. The owner came back to my partner after we complained and was abusive and yelling at him. I had to hire another cleaner to scrub the chemical smears off all surfaces. This was in 2017 and it still makes me afraid of hiring anyone ever again to help us out.

Beware, these are scammers! Mike and Ann will not clean your home, and they are extremely careless. Dented my floors and baseboards, also had to clean once they left and my floors were black
I spoke to Mike and his wife and booked an appointment for Jan 15th we met at my condo lobby. I offered to come in his car to take him to the parking lot and to my unit so he is not lost. Mike was confident that he will find the way. When I called him after 20 minutes he said he is lost. I again offered to pick him up from the lobby he declined saying he knows the way and will be there soon. Waited another 20 minutes. They did a great job cleaning our carpets! They are also very responsive and reasonably priced. Will absolutely be a repeat customer when we need this service again. The tech arrived on time, worked quickly and did a really thorough job. I'm a satisfied customer and the price was very fair. Excellent work!!!
