I was disappointed with my recent experience at Glee Nails in Allen. After my pedicure, I asked my nail technician, Amy, if she could spray my nails to help them dry. She told me they did not have any drying spray and instructed me to walk outside and let the air dry my pedicure instead. Within about two minutes, my polish was already messed up. I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years. I used to live in Allen and then I just moved to Richardson for the last two years and I continue driving to Allen to get my nails done. What I love about this place that they’re very professional and consistent another thing that I love is that when you make an appointment your seated right away another thing that I love is that they don’t speak their language in between each other. They’re very professional and keep it quiet for you to relax and enjoy your treatment.

My first time coming here and I definitely will come back. Other reviews are true that they are very busy on the weekend but they quickly sat me down, offered me drink and started working on my pedicure right away. I had the deluxe pedi and a gel mani which were awesome. I forgot the name of the two girls who took care of me but they were very nice and not too talkative. Oh, their shellac color selection is huge by the way.

Update- Bad day... They're not that great at keeping their appointments. I had a pedi appointment but I had to wait. When the front desk staff is absent, it's poor service especially if you're not caucasian. No greeting, etc. Jackie & Kelly are always professional. David & Loan's conduct was unprofessional and rude. They do whatever they want. Katy listened to what transpired. Damage was done. 5 years plus down the drain...
