Waited a week for a repeat prescription, they rarely answer the phone and the receptionists can be rude.

Always professional and welcoming
Disappointing appointment with Dr Nugent as he didn't seem interested in treating me. Felt like crap after the appointment. Waste of money and time.
If I could give no stars I would. Not rainbow friendly at all In all my time seeing gps have never been spoken to like that. Jane was so condescending, didn’t listen to what I was saying. No one listen in fact, would tell them what was wrong, what I needed, and they would reply “hmmm, anything I can do for you”. Or my favourite, after telling Jane I’ve had top and bottom surgery we are talking about my prescription and she asks “ are you on any anti androgens?” And I’m like “honey I don’t have testicles ”.
