Hess was my instructor and a great one at that! He made me feel so much more confident when it came to my driving and helping me pass my test. Universal driving school is very professional and I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much for helping me with this accomplishment 😊

Finally have my full licence so I feel safe sharing now that I can't be, like, sabotaged or something. Took the classes in July 2019 and my teacher was completely unprofessional and verbally abusive. Will be finding where to formally complain. If you're female and insecure about driving especially, stay away from that male. Receptionist was the best though, such a sweet lady.

After not hearing from them for 4-5 months, I tried to contact them to find out when my son could start in-car lessons. No one returned my phone message and were rude on the phone, hanging up on me and then telling me they wouldn't give my son in-car lessons and would give me a refund. And it was my problem that he had completed his in class with them.

The agency is okay. It seems improving: updated website and more employees answering emails and phone calls. I’m giving it 5 stars because I ended up having my in-car lessons with Octavian, one of the most professional, friendly, and caring instructor you could ever have. I had extraordinary treatment by Octavian. He was patient and fun beyond description. If you end up being assigned to him, you will be the luckiest. I recently passed my full G road test with no mistakes at all due to his well-thought instructions.
