In all my years of life, I have never come across a company as inefficient as this one. I have tried to buy a spare part that has already been identified for three days and it has been impossible to finish this negotiation. It seems like they are making fun of the customer. Calls are transferred repeatedly to the same person who answers at the beginning. No one gives you a concrete answer, among other inefficiencies or I don't know if I should call it mockery towards one. Buying here is simply a punishment.
My experience with his is so bad. Low converaation they dont have interest for customers!
Their machines are over hyped and just bad. Their custom services is terrible. It took over a month to get an answer after emailing and calling weekly. Then when they answered their repair quote was just predatory it was so expensive. All for a simple remote fix anyone with coding experience could fix. Don't buy from them unless you want to have a bad experience all around.
