I had a great experience at Dr. Medvedev's. Office. It was my first visit. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and very helpful. I found Dr. Medvedev's manner very personable. I was a little uncomfortable going in. He put me at ease by explaining the treatment I would receive in graphic detail and giving me options to choose from before making a final decision about the method of treatment.
I had a really positive experience the doctor and his staff were very friendly and helpful
First visit and I was impressed with the entire experience.
Dr. Medvedev and his staff are always professional and kind. My questions are addressed and answered with compassion. Offices are clean and no wait time for my appointments.
