I had really bad experience with the leasing office . I waited over a month for apartment that was renovated and I was supposed to get information when we can sign a lease. But at the end I did not get any information and they signed lease with someone else. I emailed so many times during that renovation so now I’m almost at the end of my lease and I needed to find another apartment last minute. The renovation looks absolutely amazing, it’s been a difficult year for the construction workers with all the rain and other weather conditions slowing up the process. Had work done in my apartment the workers were amazing and extremely friendly, professional and did a quality job quickly and cleaned everything up when done. Sure there is noise from all the work but a small price to pay for a beautiful looking complex. Management has been right on top informing every one of activities that affect them.
