After remodeling the apartments and taking out the carpet in them, I find it is no longer quite as it once was. The apartment above me sounds like a herd of cattle walking around for hours at a time and at all times day or night. Safety at this place has been an issue. Break in to the garage, stealing people item are common theme. The garage looks in the 70s, the foundation is complete destroyed. Turn over is crazy at this company and property. If you give a feedback or even a complaint, they said you can move if you are not happy with it. My parent has enough, so they moved out. Alex always arrives fairly quickly when there is a problem. He is always respectful and considerate. My dishwasher was loose in the cabinet and he had no problem repairing it.
