The renovation looks absolutely amazing, it’s been a difficult year for the construction workers with all the rain and other weather conditions slowing up the process. Had work done in my apartment the workers were amazing and extremely friendly, professional and did a quality job quickly and cleaned everything up when done. I love my home at Gleason Lake for many reasons. The location is phenomenal! Such a peaceful setting overlooking Gleason Lake….just a few minutes away from all the wonderful shops and restaurants that Wayzata has to offer. The best part, however, is the staff. The friendly team at Gleason Lake does an amazing job of keeping the building and grounds in beautiful shape. They are also very helpful and always do a great job of communicating to keep us informed. I’m so glad I found Gleason Lake Apartments!
