Our new maintenance Guy is wonderful! He’s kind thoughtful and do helpful! I appreciated him!
Moses was on time. He asked exactly what was needed. He had to go back to get light bulbs , which was the needed maintenance request. He hung not only one plant outside but two. He was polite and courteous.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. They stole my money during the Application process and wouldn’t call me back for two weeks. They refuse to give me my money back, and have no idea what’s going on over there. These people are clueless and are horrible at their jobs

I don’t even know where to start… the management at this building is horrible. If you ever have a maintenance issue don’t bother emailing anyone. Management does not care about you or your unit. I got locked out out payment portal once and when I went in the next day she made me pay the late fee… (even though the guy in there before me had the same issue and they didn’t charge him).. so maybe if you’re a man you’re fine but women will not be safe here.
