I don’t even know where to start… the management at this building is horrible. If you ever have a maintenance issue don’t bother emailing anyone. Management does not care about you or your unit. I got locked out out payment portal once and when I went in the next day she made me pay the late fee… (even though the guy in there before me had the same issue and they didn’t charge him).. so maybe if you’re a man you’re fine but women will not be safe here. This is an honest review for future residents. Wayzata is a wonderful city to live in, and Gleason was a great community. That is what I miss the most. After living there for 14 years, I moved away, and I’m grateful I found a place where my opinion matters and where management understands feedback and cares about their residents.
