This is the temporary office for the HOA/neighborhood builders. Review is for the neighborhood. Friendly place. Lots of younger people and everyone seems to get along well. Not many older trees as you can see from my photo so there is very little shade until they can grow a bit.
A really great place to live. There are a lot of kids here. Many younger couples but a good mix. We have a small city park, swings, play area, and extra grassy areas for soccer and other sports. The street lighting is great. We have no through traffic at all. No crime. Friendly people. I am currently the president of our HOA. The HOA is very easy to work with and very involved. We have several events each year including a fun July celebration (see pictures). Our pool is great too.
