We are new patients to Gleam but I am very happy thus far. We had our first visit today for my son and the customer care was a 10. My many questions were answered with patience and care. All staff was also kind and welcoming. So far so good.
Highly recommend! My daughter was traumatized when she was really young at a previous dentist location to where it took me years to go back to someone. They are very well with making sure you're comfortable, and have low-zero anxiety. My daughter is no longer scared to go to the dentist for any kind of work. The ladies in the front office are extremely sweet, take care of you, and very professional! All around amazing people working there!!
Everything was great with our appointments, its was just the staff talking about another staff member at the front desk and gossiping that was very unprofessional & annoying
