I was really looking forward to taking my son through the 'haunted' car wash. Each night we attempted we were sadly disappointed by the disorganization of the whole event. Cars were wrapped around the block, up the block and all the way down to Lowell. I dont understand why baraccades were not set in place nor purchasing tickets beforehand so that people who pay know they have a guarantee spot to experience the 'haunted horror car wash' it looked fun too bad I was not able to enjoy it. Maybe next year it will be done better.
Best carwash ever the employees Destiny at the bay and Serenity in the waiting area were so polite and sweet young woman did a wonderful job!! Will go back!
Gleam Car Wash did a great job with my car! I did a full interior clean and after their cleaning it looks brand new!
