Absolutely shocking treatment, well I didn't get the chance of any treatment the receptionist put the phone down on me, I asked for her name as she spoke down to me she wouldn't give me her name and put the phone down on me, phoned back and she still wouldn't give me her name. Got to be the one of the worst receptionists in the country. Changed to this place on the 2nd of June had no contact from them, ran out of heart medication as the app not working, thought I'd ring up and order it then just pick it up. My mom who is experiencing ongoing abdominal pain due to a known gastric issue. We recently contacted the practice and were given an appointment, but it is scheduled for three months from now. Unfortunately, her condition is not improving — she is in frequent discomfort, and the pain is affecting her ability to eat and go about daily activities. We are very concerned about her health and the long delay in getting her seen. Really disappointing
