Went in with the problem of vibration on my steering wheel, which could have meant 2 things: either broken balance or damaged tire. The guy said 50$ to balance the front wheels. He put the first wheel in the balancing machine and started spinning it said right away there was a damage on the tire and needs to be replaced. There were no balancing work was done on the tire. He put the wheels back to the car and asked for $40 saying he did balance the wheels. He charged me $40 just to take off the wheels and put them back
