My mother went to get her tire checked because of a slow leak, but she had a lock on her tire which she didn't have the key to for him to remove her tire. He was kind enough to check her tires to make sure everything was okay. Even though he wasn't able to remove her tire to make sure er tire was totally okay, he took the time and effort to make sure all of her tires were good.
