Reached out to Shaun last year December As my grandmother’s front door was letting in water through the frame. She spent all winter till now with crazy water and draft We had to as females put together a makeshift frame to stop it getting worse. He could have done it an hour! He ordered the incorrect parts but failed to inform me or update me throughout. Excuses after excuses but couldn’t just say sorry i am incompetent at my job. Would NOT recommend. Sean came to fix a leaking conservatory roof. Was at the house for approx half an hour and applied sealant around the flashing. He assured me it was guaranteed to be fixed. He charged £300! It still leaked down the wall. He eventually came back a couple of times and applied more sealant. Still leaking. Wouldn’t answer messages. Said he would phone and didn’t. From start to finish, the Glazing Doctor didn't disappoint. Shaune came out to review the job on a Sunday afternoon and measured up there and then. The job took a little longer due to some matching of existing pains but he took the time to get it right and once they were fitted I was chuffed to bits. Good price and a great service, I will be recommending the Glazing Doctor to my family and friends.
