EXCELLENT customer service, FAST turnaround, FRIENDLY people, and FAIR prices! I called John on a Friday and texted him pictures of my giant wall mirror my dog had run into and knocked over. Saturday he came by to pick up the mirror, and Sunday he delivered the fixed product. Honestly, don’t even waste your time calling other places....I called at least 4 before I ended up finding these guys. This is a true local business who values their customers- 5 stars all the way.
We woke up to discover our mirror had fallen off the wall (from an install 10 years ago with someone else) after Thanksgiving and called around on a holiday (Black Friday!) to see who might be available to reattach it. Most shops were closed until Monday. But when we called Glazier we got their owner who was out to brunch. He came right away within an hour after seeing the photo of the mirror hanging sideways and got it reattached without breakage. He was so kind and we are so grateful the mirror is no longer hanging dangero... read more
