I had my first contact with this company on the 5th of August, more than a year ago, to install a shower screen. Recently, I noticed water leakage and some damaged parts. I tried to contact them for repair, but it has been weeks without any proper response. Every time I call, I am told to wait until the following Monday, but nothing happens. Very happy with the service provided by Glazewell. They responded to my email query promptly; undertook the required work on the same day; and were reasonably priced. Also, when I returned and requested additional cutting of the glass, this was undertaken without any additional cost. Great customer service.
We recently had a fully frameless shower screen supplied and installed in our family bathroom. The quality of the screen and door is excellent so wouldn't hesitate to recommend Glazewell to others who are in the market for a new or replacement screen, very pleased with the product and install!
