very bad landlord, awful communication with. They don't let me sell my restaurant. they said my buyer has to own at least one restaurant somewhere else so my buyer can have a lease with them. and now my buyer was backed out. My buyer did not want anything like that to happen to him in the future. Please someone help me. Does anyone have any ideals about that? Please help me.
