Rather than acknowledging the concerns I raised about how I was treated, your response appears to redirect responsibility back onto the paying customer. To be clear: I specifically communicated when booking that I wanted gel extensions. I couldn’t find an email address to contact the salon privately, so I’m leaving this review. I have three gel nails for fingerpicking guitar. They get updated every 2 to 4 weeks. They always fit me in on short notice and do a great job. Very satisfied
I started coming here just three months ago when my usual location was closed for the week. I had Sarah attend me and she did a manicure and I I loved it. I love the way that she had my nails filed, and I love the design that she put on . so I’ve gone to her for three months now and found out yesterday that she’s gonna be leaving in in one week time which is sad. Oh, that’s OK I’ll find someone else.
