Terrible customer service. My mother and cousin painted 2 large owls here. I picked them up today and was told they had mischarged them and that I had to pay $22 in order for them to be released. I said I didn't think this was a good practice. The manager said she remembered an older woman and young girl painting the owls but I think she was thinking of someone else as my cousin is not a small child as the manager referred to her a second time.
