Very disappointing experience. I showed the stylist the exact hair color I wanted, but they said it was “highlight” and I ended up getting highlights instead of the color I asked for. The result looked nothing like what I wanted. When I asked for a small trim, they told me I had to rebook another appointment just for a cut.
