We went to get haircut for my mom and the lady said she can wet the hair and cut it but she wouldn’t able to dry it, we agreed. Unfortunately the haircut wasn’t good at all. I explained she wants nice layers and showed pictures. She charged us $50 for that and I felt like it was just wasted. I left $10 tip because I felt pressured by people around there. I’ve been to different salons and for $50 they wet the hair dry and make it look nice. I don’t know how someone can easily charge this much without providing decent service.

Very disappointing experience. I showed the stylist the exact hair color I wanted, but they said it was “highlight” and I ended up getting highlights instead of the color I asked for. The result looked nothing like what I wanted. When I asked for a small trim, they told me I had to rebook another appointment just for a cut.
