Unsatisfied I had braces on back in high school. Price was extremely cheap to go with Glauser compared to the other orthodontists. He didn't require head gear and an extensive treatment like some of the other orthodontists I looked at, so we went with Glauser. I had my braces off in 11 months, and have been having problems ever since. He took them off with 1 tooth still slightly crooked, and my whole jaw is not aligning right, in addition to the braces gave me TMJ. Check the REST then pick the BEST!~ I shopped around for the best orthodontic prices within a 15 mile radius of my home in NE Mesa and found the best price with Glauser/Williams Orthodontics. He didn??t have to price match his competition, he beat them! I found Dr. Glauser to be very charming and witty and his staff, especially Susan was very fun and enjoyable during my visits. Dr. Glauser is the BEST! I have had 3 of my children treated by Dr. Glauser and have been extremely happy. Dr. Glauser answered all of my questions and explained all phases of their treatment. He was able to expand one of my daughters and saved us the expense and her the pain of surgery. He was very kind in helping us work out a payment plan we could afford. I have sent many of my friends in and they have all thanked me and all of our kids have beautiful smiles!!

Metal Mouth My two older children got their braces elsewhere. The process was extremely slow, so I decided to shop around for my next two kids. Allthough these two kids had identical problems to my first two, the experience has been extremely better and more efficient. The prices are very competitive and the staff is freindly and helpful.
Do not go to Glauser I would highly discourage anyone to use this orthodontists. He was not interested in my child. Always too busy. You never got seen before 45 minutes of waiting,. There was no rhyme or reason for them to call out the names even if people came in after you they could get seen b4 u. His workmanship is terrible. After we got braces got put in we had to go back2 times the next day becuse the wire had not been cut correctly and it tore the inside of my childs mouth. Billing Statments are random Very good Orthodontics care for my children but be careful with their billing cycles. We've had to pay $25.00/child extra every few months because we're late paying their invoice, only problem is I never get their invoice in time to avoid the $25.00 charge. I've spoken with them about the excessive charges but evidently it's my fault. They said only thing I can do is pay off the entire invoice or send them a check without seeing a monthly invoice. Pleasant staff and I LOVE my new teeth! Both of my children got their braces at the Val Vista and Baseline location. Their teeth look fabulous now, but the parking is tight, the lobby is small and the waits are long. The Brown Road office was my choice when I went for my braces. Both offices have a wonderful staff and Dr. Glauser is friendly and really knows his stuff when it comes to your teeth. Our 5th orthodontist I have been through 5 Orthodontists with 5 kids and this one was the best. They spent the most time explaining and I have never felt rushed while there. They are usually but not always on time, and have rarely had long waits.
