Had a 2:30 appt on Monday there with Dr. Burgos, but I never saw him! She. I checked in at 2:22 I let receptionist know I was booked for an hr spot and needed to be out in an hr to make it to pt 45 min away. At 3, I had t even been called back for testing. The receptionist could have cared less. An office manager was supposed to call me back within 48 hrs; she never did and they want me to believe they don’t have voice mail. I have been seeing Dr Schwartz for over a decade. An 'on the ball' lady, very approachable and down to earth. So glad that I found her.... P.S. now its been 20 yrs!
