As I walked into the waiting room and saw how many people were in there, I figured it was going to be a very long wait. I figured wrong! They have quite the system and a very efficient one at that. Barely got my registration completed and my name was called. The young lady who took me back and ran several tests on me was super nice and very informative. Fantastic from start to finish...very well organized and staff were amazing!!!
The support staff is friendly and efficient. They answer and explain any questions thoroughly. I was refered to Dr. Polat for glaucoma management. She suggested a laser procedure along with eye drops to manage my pressure. The procedure was quick and pain free. I would recommend Dr. Polat and office to anyone having issues with glaucoma. My eye pressure has decreased from 23 to 16. So I would say that is an excellent outcome! Thank you all for a great experience.
