I've done water circuits at other spas in New England while my friend who joined me was a first timer. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and inviting the facilities were. The changing area had tucked away lockers, stalls, etc to make it feel like you're not on top of other people. Inside the water journey, the rainfall bucket and the experience shower were unique based on my experiences elsewhere. I went here for the first time on Friday and I must say I will most definitely become a regular ,from the experience all to the service everything was a 10/10 .The best thing about it is I was alone the whole time throughout my time there ,which is something I truly appreciated as I’m not the most social person .The staff is warm , happy to answer any questions and are very diligent in their work

Shared the afternoon with my daughter at the Hydrospa followed by massages. This was a top ten experience for both of us! The amenities are beautiful and so soothing. The Hydrospa circuit was amazing, leaving us very refreshed and ready for our massages, which were equally amazing! I loved this experience and the physical wellbeing felt so much.. I purchased one of their packages!!!

Such a great experience. Easy and professional … very clean facility and a very nice staff. My favorite is the steam room and the cold plunge. Plunge -> hot tub, pins and needles haha, I had some knee discomfort and feel brand new after an hour.
