We needed a tow from our house to a mechanic, and due to various issues it was a complicated job. The first three tow companies that came out were unable to complete the job, but Glastonbury Auto Body was able to. They had great customer service, were timely, didn’t overcharge, were careful and did a great job! We would HIGHLY recommend for your towing needs.
Needed towing and the guy from this shop who picked me up went above and beyond to help me. I was in shock from the accident and he was able to pull my car out, recommend how to safely drive it home, and changed my flat tire for me. He charged me a very low price and gave me advice on things I would need to fix while I save up for the cosmetic repairs. Professional, kind, and trustworthy service. He made a really bad, scary day a lot better!
Went there for a quote, said they would email one. Waited three days nothing. Called in said I would get one within the next day. Nothing. Maybe they don’t want more business? Not sure.
Helped me refuel my car free of charge. Excellent service
