My first experience with this company has been far less than stellar. I tried unsuccessfully to register my new grinder on their website three times. I finally called the company to do it over the phone, and I was told the website wasn't working (that would be good information to post on the website, by the way), AND I would have to fax or mail the product card to them in order to register my appliance.
