I accidentally gave them the info for my car instead of my wife's. I showed for the appointment and they were very understanding. Got me back in on my first available time. Completed the windshield in an hour. Great, friendly service. Thanks guys.
The owner of the company showed notable goodwill when he got a delivery meant for me, and despite the mix-up, he was understanding and let me pick up the package, going as far as to follow up after missing my call to guarantee its safe return.
2 stars for the following reason: Rear window on Ford f150 was leaking. They got me in, pulled the window, sealed it and said this window will never leak again (something to do with whatever sealant/adhesive they used), and got me out in a couple of hours. Professional and courteous. 2 years go by and the window is leaking again. I’ve called numerous times and texted over a week. No response. 5/5 stars on initial work. 0/5 stars on longevity of the fix and customer service on the issue.
They replaced my window but the overall customer service/ experience was negative
