Owner is VERY good with all types of glass and mirrors. Friendly and knowledgeable. Top of the line service.
If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. Zero stars for zero communication. We called for a quote on a VERY simple job that would probably take them 10 minutes to fix. They answered and said they would come look at the window. They never came. 5 days later I called back and the owner said he would personally come take a look. You'd never guess it, but he also never showed up. About a week later he called and realized he forgot about me and sent guys to come out to measure, which, shockingly, they showed up.
