I have owned many boats over my lifetime I presently own a glassstream 24 cc with a 175 Suzuki I am very happy with the entire package speed room and comfort handles moderate seas very well
Stay away from Glasstream. I have ahd numerous issues with mine, warranty type issues and paint issues. The dealership I bought it from in Florida cannot reach them. I've tried emailing and calling and they don't answer or respond. Had a recent repair done on my own because I couldn't reach them, and the repair shop couldn't reach them either. It's the worst boat ownership experience I've ever had!!!!!!!!!! Everyone stay away, absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE nor do they back their product. If they did, they would answer, resp... read more
It’s rare to get such amazing customer service as I did with Ashley….. she took the time to listen and offered several solutions as well as tagging me directly onto a fb post that offered me a lot of options into what I wanted to do. Very grateful. Love my glasstream boat and the service as well. Top notch. Thanks again Ash!!!!
After my partner getting a picture of one of their Boats. I had to do a walk through and check them out. I am all about going fast and that boat hull impressed me to the point I had to check the plant out. I have been part of a number of Yacht builds and boat builds & always the ones with speed. Its All about going fast to me! My walk through was very impressive & the plant manager was very helpful and fast to show the speed and upgrades & concerns with a complaint by an owner to upgrade so that one is never again.
