My friend bought a glasstream boat and he has been in a nightmare ever sense. His boat had a leak and it's been 6 moths and they HAVE NOT FIXED THE BOAT. THEY HAVE BLOCKED HIS NUMBER AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP HIM. it has been at the dealer for 2 months and they won't return his calls or answer his emails. It is ok to make a mistake but they have completely gone out of there way to make sure he has no way to contact them and not repair the boat.
