Poor service! Doesn't respond to calls!!! Have no idea how he's in business really wish I had something good to say!!!
Nancy and Clint have exceptional customer care. You can tell they take pride in the good work they do. They came through when I was in a tough spot and needing to get back on the road and make it home in time for my kids play- which was 7 hrs away.
GlassTek was great! They replaced and calibrated my windshield professionally and timely. Their people are friendly and helpful. They are a little difficult to find. The signage is hard to see from the road and it was a bit of a challenge to find the office after passing through the front gate. A minor inconvenience.
All I have to say is Nancy that answers the phone is the most wonderful person, I will be returning in 8 months, getting my windshield replaced here looking forward to it!! Thank you Nancy!
Friendly, prompt service and quality service. Will use again when we get our next cracked windshield.
