I had a claim against a former employer, the details of which were share with a senior member of the Glass Ratner team in early March. I got one brief response and have sent half a dozen emails to that senior member as well as managers at GR with no response! Not sure how they accurately or responsibly manage a liquidation process by ignoring valid claims, but I would not recommend them.
We have not had heat for and it's winter time a month we also have no water since pipe bust in kitchen Friday eve left a voicemail never received call back kitchen flooded all weekend extremely disappointed with their customer service and no responses to maintenance issues that are very urgent
