Carlos was very helpful and responsive. The installers were great.
Phenomenal customer service from the first time I spoke to Carlos. We had a short deadline and they were able to achieve it before. The communication was excellent. It’s very rare to find this type of customer service in today’s world. The installers were excellent as well. I am very happy with the shower door they installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for glass work. 5 stars!
The glass one team was great. I spoke with Carlos about what I needed and he has a great phone presence and answered all of my questions and concerns. The install crew did a great job quicker than I thought it would take and the results are much better than I thought they would be . Highly recommend.
Hired them to do a shower door in a bathroom. They were very understanding of our DIY schedule and our many many delays. Once they came out to measure we impromtly asked if they could also measure for a door in our kids bathroom with a tub. They accommodated us and offered us a very fair price for both shower doors. They look great. If we every need any more glass work we'll be sure to use GlassOne!
