had to call 4 x with promises of return calls each time. finally "jim" called back. apologised and we talked about how hard to get good help. then sent quote for nothing like we spoke about at what can only be called a bedford hills price [not for normal people who have a clue]. when i pointed out the error of the quote he called the overpriced lower spec quote "budget". i informed him that wasn't correct as i have 3 other prices. he then decided to decline the job since he couldn't overcharge me. be advised if you don't hav... read more
