This has to be the best place to get your windshield replaced. It’s a great price and it seemed like other places would cost me double or so for the same windshield replacement. We also appreciate their warranty and how they honour that warranty. Thank you.

I filed a claim here at Glass Master Albert last December 13, and they received it and told me to just order the parts and then they will call me when the parts arrive, after 1 month I followed up and they said I don't have a file there in their office, I was very upset for almost 1month I didn't receive any call from them then they say I don't have a file. I had a terrible experience with them. So i decided to call my adjuster to request to give to other repair shop to fix my glass.
Absolutely impeccable service, I was sitting on the fence whether I should have my recent stone chip repaired. I called glass masters, made a same day appointment, dropped it off, walked to Tim's got a coffee and sat for 20 mins, circled back and done. The windshield is holding up. These guys are fast, cost effective, efficient and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service too. I had only dealt with them prior through work so I knew what I was getting into and going forward, there is no one else that will touch my glass!
