I have been in the auto industry for a while now. And in my time I have never heard of a shop telling a customer to gather their own PO from the fleet management company. Whether is ARI or wheels it's always the ser ice shop that gets that info for approval. The fellow i talked to didn't seem interested in my business so Windshield Surgeons got my business.
I’ve been here 3 times in approx 8 months for rock chips. Superior customer service every time with minimal wait times.
GlassMasters Sherwood Park has integrity, honesty and did a fantastic job installing my windshield. The manager is great to deal with and I would recommend them.
Avoid this place! Cheap products and poor customer service. They called themselves "Glass Master" but they can't even install a windshield properly! 😂
