We stopped in a couple weeks ago 30 minutes before close, desperate to fix a huge rock chip in our brand new Explorer - staff were extremely eager to help and very accommodating. Pricing is more than reasonable, and who I assume is the manager/business owner seriously treats customers like family. We will absolutely be back!
As a first-time customer, I had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond, and they did an excellent job on my rock chip repair.
I recently had my windshield replaced at Glassmaster, and while the staff were genuinely friendly and the waiting room was comfortable, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. Even though the job was completed within the timeframe promised, the installation left visible paint chips around the windshield area, which were not present before.
