What a great first time experience! I went in for a rock chip repair. Cassidy at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Rock chip repair looks good. For anyone expecting a rock chip to be invisible when it’s fixed; you are being unrealistic. You are always going to see where it was fixed. Had a great experience yesterday! They got my vehicle in right away and fixed three chips in my windshield for me, I was also pleased that they had a discount for AMA members!
On December 1st, Village Honda sent my vehicle to Mirror Masters for a windshield replacement, informing me that they needed an additional day due to an issue with the windshield. I received the vehicle on December 2nd, only to immediately notice wind noise coming from the driver’s side. I returned the car on December 4th, but when it was given back to me, the same wind noise was still present.
